It's been some time, hasn't it?
It's been so long, that almost all my custom graphics got deleted when the Tinypic website was closed.
All of you that once roleplayed here are now adults, with your lives branching out in a myriad of ways from this one single connection point, where we all briefly shared the same digital space and time. I hope that all of you are doing okay in the Covid19 pandemic, and that life has treated you well too.
Yes, sometimes when life is quiet and I am talking with my friends about the weird phenomenon that is the Internet, I remember those days here I shared with you, and wish you good luck. Your little cat characters dreamed up back in 2012, or 2009, or even earlier, are still with us, I kept watch over them. If you ever doubt you had an impact, take solace in that perhaps.
I will keep this site here as a time capsule, for as long as I can. It reminds me of good memories, of an earlier age of the Internet that wasn't so choked with ads and algorithms. It was a place where all you had to do was dream up a cat - and in the case of Konara Forests, any cat - and start playing. I think we remain the only Warriors roleplay that let you make wild and wonderful fantasy cats, but who knows, there may have been more that I just never stumbled across
Indeed... maybe we need a place like that again. KF will be here if we need it, assuming Proboards doesn't overrule me and delete it at some point
