Your site must follow the Advertisement Rules and Affiliation Rules in addition

- Your site must have at least 15 members. However, if your site is just beginning or being revived, we will consider you. No guarentees.
- You must have a special, easy-to-see, front and center place for Sister Sites like we do. That's one of the ways Sister Sites are seperated from normal affiliates.
- Again, similiar values and virtures, similiar morales. How could we be Sister Sites if we're completely unalike?
- We would prefer that your site is cat related, if not, a roleplay. Graphics-related sites and listings are okay.
- If we would have to fill out a form to become an Elite Affiliate on your site, you have to do so here.
Of course, if you don't have a form for us to fill out, we don't have one for you to fill out.
